HEAD OF LEGAL (Based: Medan sumatera utara)
- Responsible for all legal function including: corporate transaction (M&A, financing, restruction,etc) operation and corporate document &licenses; and litigation
- Ensure compliances and provide leadership an legal policy, procedure, & administration
Requirements:
Graduate degree in law (LLM will be an added advantage); with mi 10 years of experience, preferably from prominen law firm.
EXPORT IMPORT MANAGER (Based: marunda , Jakarta)
-Develop marketing plan align with business goal and plant capability
-Build capable commercial team to ensure business success and sustainability
Graduate degree in Business Administration/Marketing/Economics or Food technology); with min. 10 years of of hands-on experience in marketing of specialty Palm Oil Related product for international markets.
PRICESS MANAGER (Based : Marunda, Jakarta)
-Develop marketing planappropriate new product growth starategies in target market and translate business goals into process objectives, plaas & deliverables.
-Ensures plant and process requirement are suitable to handle a particular new product to meet various custumers needs,
Requirements:
Graduate degree in Chemical/Food Technology with min. 10 years in palm oil processing, fractionation and hydrogenation (Experience in fats proceesing and packing for consumer market will be an added advanatege.
