Engineer Automotive HVAC Heat Exchanger Condensers Production Expert
USD 50000 - 70000 plus relocation
(Rayong)



Responsibilities:
Your challenge as our on site expert engineer, will be to drive the successful production of high quality low cost parallel flow condensers.


Unique about this position is that you will be given unlimited scope of involvement in both the product design and the design of manufacturing processes and equipment.

Day to day you will
 Contribute to design for product efficiency, quality, reliability and manufacturability
 Develop plant and process layout and developmentincluding PCPs and work instructions
 Error proofing Poke-Yoke
 Design and process development
 Business case development for new capital investment


Requirements:

* The ideally you have a degree in Automotive or Mechanical Engineering, with several years in HVAC product and manufacturing process development. Alternatively Powertrain cooling alloy heat exchanger experience would be especially valuable. Experience with automated Controlled atmosphere brazing knowledge a distinct advantage.

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical), Engineering (Others), Engineering (Industrial) or equivalent.
* Required language(s): English
* At least 6 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Engineering - Mechanical/Automotive or equivalent.
